Bread for every day: our range in one read

An overview of Pan Pan's full bread range - from White Sourdough to Seven Seed bread - in one short guide.

When the bread shelf is full, it’s easy to get lost in the choice. So we put together a short overview of our full bread range - nine kinds, each with its own character, made with the same attention to dough and the same Foricher flour.

We start with the classic: White Sourdough, with a crisp crust and a soft, airy crumb - an everyday staple. Next to it is Whole Wheat Sourdough, heavier and more pronounced in flavor, made through the same slow fermentation process.

French Baguette is our version of the French classic - long, narrow, with a thin crisp crust and a soft center, ideal for a sandwich or served on its own. Ciabatta has a different texture altogether - irregular holes inside and a thin crust, the result of a wetter dough. Focaccia goes a third direction: flat, oiled, with a visible structure on top, good on its own or alongside a meal.

For those looking for something different, there’s Rye, darker in color with a more intense, slightly tangy flavor, and Spelt, made from an older wheat variety with its own distinct character. Buckwheat bread brings yet another flavor profile, for those who want something new on the table.

Finally, Seven Seed bread combines different seeds into one dough, for a texture and look that stands out on the shelf right away.

Each of these nine breads goes through the same craft process - slow fermentation, careful baking, and flour whose origin we know. The choice between them comes down to taste and purpose: everyday bread, sandwich bread, or something to break the table’s routine.

If you’re buying for home, White Sourdough and Whole Wheat Sourdough are a safe choice for the everyday table, while French Baguette works just as well on its own or in a sandwich. For a special occasion or a change of pace, Rye, Spelt, or Buckwheat carry a character that sets them apart from everyday bread, and Focaccia and Ciabatta are a great choice when bread needs to be part of a bigger meal rather than just a side.

If you’re not sure which bread to try first, feel free to ask in the shop - the Pan Pan team in Aerodrom or Kapistec Petit will recommend one based on what you’re looking for, whether it’s for daily use or a special occasion.
