When we think about a sandwich, everything starts with the bread. That’s why the Baguette Sandwich at Pan Pan isn’t just a daily lunch option — it’s a direct extension of our Baguette, the bread we bake every morning following the same craft principles we learned training with a Foricher master baker in Paris.
The Baguette we use for this sandwich has a crisp, thin crust and an interior with irregular holes — a sign of well-developed dough and proper fermentation. That combination of a crisp exterior and an elastic interior is exactly what sets the Baguette Sandwich apart from a sandwich made on plain, soft bread.
