Three locations: where to find us
Where Pan Pan's Skopje shops and production site are.
When someone asks us “where exactly are you,” we want the answer to be clear the first time. This post gathers what you need to know about where to find Pan Pan in Skopje: the addresses, the phone numbers, and what each location offers.
Pan Pan has two shops open to customers and one production location. Both shops share the same bread, the same pastries, and the same approach to the craft, but each has its own space and its own rhythm.
The first is in Aerodrom, at Franjo Kluz 14. This is where fresh bread, croissants, and pastries come out every morning, and if you have time, you can also sit down for a coffee. The phone number for this location is +389 72 261 478.
The second location is Kapistec Petit, at Vasil Gjorgov 33. The space is smaller, so the contact with the team behind the counter is closer. The phone number is +389 71 364 553.
The third location is production, where the bread is actually mixed, the baguettes are shaped, and the croissant dough is laminated. We don’t receive customers there directly, but that is where everything on the shelves of both shops begins.
If you want to feel the difference between the two shops, a good idea is to buy the same thing in both places — a slice of White Sourdough or a Baguette. The dough is the same, but the surroundings, the rhythm at the counter, and the atmosphere are different, and that is part of the experience.
Before you come with a specific request, it’s best to call ahead. Products depend on what was baked that day, so if you want a particular baguette for a weekend breakfast or a croissant before work, a phone call is the surest way to know what’s fresh.
Both shops carry the same core range: sourdough, baguettes, croissants, and coffee. So the choice of location usually depends on which part of the city you are passing through, rather than on getting a different quality.
We don’t currently have a delivery app. If you need something specific, the best option is to stop by or call the location, and the team will tell you what is ready.
Keep this text as a quick reminder. Addresses and phone numbers rarely change, and the shelves of bread are refilled every morning — so it helps to always know where to stop.
